Beddagana Wetland Park
Too good to be true to have a place like this in Colombo. A natural and very relaxing environment for an evening walk. Ideal for a photoshoot. There’s a particular observation area too—habitat for multi-colored amphibians, butterflies, dragonflies, and different kinds of natural fauna and flora.
The place is a little too crowded with young couples, though. You’ll need to purchase a ticket, IDs will be checked, and no polythene allowed. Exploring the beauty of nature here is one of the best things to do in Colombo.
