After 4km drive from Haputale you will find this gripping place, Adisham Bungalow. In 1869, Sir Thomas Lister Villiers born in Adisham. It is an ancient village in the hollow of the Kent country side. According to the history reveals Sir Thomas Lister Villiers was  the creator of this enthralling place in 1931.

This  stately stone mansion is surrounded by Carefully cultivated flower gardens. You can feel the colors of that flowers, specially the roses. There are many attractions that Adisham Bungalow offers to sight seers. Jams, Cordials and several foods are produced at Adisham bungalow using the fruits come from the Garden of Adisham. Lipton’s Seat 

After 14km hike from Dambatenne Tea Factory you can reach here where the Great panoramic view from this location, surrounded by tea fields.

Interestingly the name Lipton’s Seat  was come from a Scottish tea planter Sir Thomas Lipton. He was used this place as his seat to survey his empire. You can see several districts from the Lipton's seat. Make sure you are going on a season time and very less cloudy so that you can see the view point clearly. On the way down you can walk through the tea plantation.
